DAVID ROSENFELD

Senior Project Architect

Growing up in central California, David was involved in construction for most of his early life. His father, grandfather and brothers were General Contractors, which instilled in him a passion for creating quality projects. He pursued this desire at the University of Southern California where he graduated with a Bachelors of Architecture in 2003. While at USC, he was inspired by a host of international Architects and a friendship with Architect Barry Berkus to integrate art and natural elements into his approach to design. David also spent a semester abroad in Como, Italy which strengthened his respect and appreciation for historical architecture and design.

After working on a range of residential and commercial projects in Southern California, David and his wife Lindsay visited Colorado in 2006 and were overwhelmed by its natural beauty. This visit inspired a move to Colorado Springs where David joined OZ Architecture and was honored to be part of the design team for the Broadmoor Golf Cottages and the Colorado College Athletic Facility. His experience also includes a variety of custom residential, medical, multi-family residential, hospitality, higher education, mixed-use, retail and public projects – several of which have been awarded by the American Institute of Architects. He is registered in Colorado and California. David always seeks to build trust and a close relationship with his clients, Contractors and co-workers.

David and his wife Lindsay enjoy being outdoors and are engaged in a variety of non-profit ministries with a presence both local and abroad. David and Lindsay love traveling and experiencing diverse cultures and environments.
