In honor of the 4th of July this year, we are spotlighting one of our most memorable projects, Independent Retreat. Constructed on an empty parking lot, CCA built three structures, a main home, an adjacent home and a guest house.
Careful consideration was given to maximizing views, solar orientation and ventilation. Douglas Fir beams and Cedar ceiling bring bright modernity to this luxury getaway.
