LITTLE NELL RESIDENCE

To cultivate the developer’s vision of the ultimate “ski estate”, CCA masterfully designed an exquisite residence under the Aspen Mountain Gondola. Because of the home’s location, it required sculptural elements seen from the gondola above, and at street level. Entering the home via the ski run or the main entry had to provide the optimal entry experience as well as functionality. Exterior spaces and a strategically placed and outfitted mudroom were meticulously designed to meet this need.

Surrounded by glass, steel, wood and stone, the main floor of the home is comprised of the gracious barrel vaulted entry, foyer, and grand steel and integrated wood staircase effortlessly winding four floors. By true attention to detail, our team achieved the optimal ski house with luxurious materials and a true sense of contemporary warmth throughout the space.
