And the staircase is a perfect place to start. Whether it’s at the entry of the home or tucked away, the stairs are traveled heavily by the home’s occupants.
It’s where children sit and watch the adults when they should be tucked in bed, it’s where girls descend to meet their first date, and where brides start their journey to the alter. They say that the kitchen is where the heart is, but we think it might just be the staircase. Combining elements such as walnut, steel, bamboo, glass, stainless, exotic woods, and lighting … the results are fittingly lifting.
