This month, one of our favorite architecture and design publications, dezeen, featured Virginia Placer, an affordable housing project that CCA completed in 2018.
Built in resort town of Telluride, CO, the building is comprised of 18 apartment units, a 46-bed Boarding House and 3 Tiny Homes and accommodates a mix of incomes, individuals and families, including skiers and service industry folks alike.
While we love it when magazines cover our luxury high-end homes, we especially appreciate dezeen for featuring this one, in part because Virginia Placer exemplifies CCA’s mission and Charles’ commitment to his community. “When a community is stable,” says Charles, “inhabitants on both ends of the financial spectrum benefit and thrive.”
