Culture

The mission at CCA is simple: foster the creation of great design that enriches people’s lives and nurtures our passion. It’s this delicate balance that is the essence of our firm culture; a culture of design. Cultivating an environment in which there is a consistent exchange of ideas is an important part of the design process.  A firm’s culture, as characterized by Jean Valence, Hon. AIA, “encompasses its history and accomplishments, its leaders’ ambitions and goals, its definition of and criteria for excellence, its attitude about clients and staff, its traditions and lore, its mood and energy, and its balance between art and business.” A firm’s values describe its culture. We are proud to have built a culture of trust, unbridled creativity, high ethical standards, education, innovation and above all…of fun!

CCA’s commitment to civic, charitable and community service is of vital importance to our firm. The depth of our commitment is demonstrated by our willingness to contribute our resources to non-profits and regional projects. We happily support the following organizations who truly make
our professional and personal community what it is: River Bridge Regional Center, Jazz Aspen Snowmass, Colorado Mountain College, Aspen Art Museum, Aspen Board of Realtors, Aspen Junior Golf, Aspen Institute,  Challenge Aspen, Rhode Island School of DesignRoaring Fork Leadership, Rocky Mountain Institute,  Shining Stars, Elks Lodge, Aspen Center for Environmental Studies, Theatre Aspen, Aspen Education Foundation, Mountain Rescue Aspen, The Buddy Program, Aspen Youth Center, Aspen Science Center, Aspen Historical Society, and many  more…
