One of Aspen's most iconic buildings, the Aspen Block was built in 1886 and includes 15,150 square feet of retail, hotel and free market residential. CCA had the great opportunity to compete a renovation of the building in the 1980's. The building is currently home to the Residence Hotel, CosBar, Jetset, and the Aspen Luggage Company.
