Tucked within a quiet Aspen enclave, the home’s design transformed site challenges into opportunities for innovation and connection. A restricted central building envelope inspired the design of a floating bridge spanning a serene Zen Garden, elegantly separating gathering spaces from guest quarters. Expansive sliding doors and clerestory windows open to a transformative pool deck—an engineering first in Aspen. With a touch of a button, the tiled deck lowers to reveal a pool and hot tub, adaptable to various depths, from toddler wading to full immersion. This dynamic home reflects thoughtful adjacencies, harmonious forms, and a deep connection to its extraordinary setting.
Alpha 1 seamlessly balances family connection, tranquility, and an immersive connection to its surroundings. The great room, with dual steel-and-glass fireplaces anchors the home’s gathering spaces, complemented by a custom bar, game room, and screening room for entertainment.
