When two Detroit families came together in 1998, and purchased their Snowmass Village condo, it was well before their collective six children were in the picture. Twenty years later, it was time for a much-needed reconfiguration and refresh.
This month, we are excited that Mountain Living Magazine featured the remodel. Entitled, “A Pocket-Sized Condo That Packs a Punch,” the article highlights many of the clever design solutions our team designed in. “The design of small spaces is very much like good yacht design,” stated Charles.
A lighting system that mirrored natural light (as it changes from morning to night), neutral wall colors and cozy-but-light-hued fabrics all make the home much brighter and feel bigger. Custom built-in cabinets, a new and open kitchen, efficiently designed storage, and smartly scaled furniture all gave this once cramped space, a new life.
