CCA Welcomes Ryan Hoffner, Back on the Team!

We are so pleased to announce that Ryan Hoffner has rejoined the CCA team! With a strong history of architectural excellence, we are so lucky to have him back. A little bit about Ryan…

Ryan moved to the Roaring Fork Valley as a teenager over 25 years ago. With a strong desire to study architecture while skiing as much as possible, Ryan moved to Bozeman, Montana to pursue his architectural degree.  He received his Bachelor of Architecture in 1996 from Montana State University and returned to Aspen to begin his career at Charles Cunniffe Architects.  He received a retroactive Masters of Architecture degree in 2008. Throughout his career in the Valley, Ryan has successfully completed numerous high-end residential projects, several affordable housing, commercial and civic projects.

Ryan enjoys taking a project from concept to completion and watching how people experience and react to the built environment.  He finds design inspiration in his travels; both domestically and throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Scandinavia, North Africa, and the South Pacific where he enjoys immersing himself in the architecture and cultural diversity.

With a keen interest in environmentally conscious design and building, Ryan has attended numerous green building seminars and is passionate about employing sustainable practices in his work.

Ryan has over 16 years of professional experience in the Roaring Fork Valley. As a 25-year resident of Aspen, he is extremely knowledgeable in the challenges and rewards of building in the Roaring Fork Valley. He has designed and worked on several AIA award-winning projects and is known for his wide range of architectural abilities and his dedication to each project.

Ryan is married and has two children and lives in Snowmass Village. He is a licensed Architect in the State of Colorado and is NCARB certified. If you haven’t met Ryan, please stop by and say hello!
