Originally designed in 2006 for a Texas-based family, the residence served as a hub for charity events and family gatherings. In addition to lavish entertaining spaces the design also took into consideration catering operations, valet services, and outdoor tented event spaces.

Subsequently acquired by a discerning New York-based family, our team, along with @pembrookeandives executed an extensive interior remodel, aligning the home with their distinct aesthetic preferences. Following another ownership transition and an interior redecoration, the property is now on the brink of a monumental sale, maintaining its architectural integrity throughout.
